We understand that plans can change and we aim to offer a fair and transparent cancellation policy. 

  • More than 72 hours before the tour start time: Full refund / no charge 

  • 48-72 hours before the tour: 50% of the total tour cost

  • Less than 48 hours before the tour / no-show: 100% of the total cost tour 

Payment policy: In the event of a cancellation failing within the above periods, the client agrees to be charged the applicable cancellation fee, even if no advance payment was made. By confirming a booking, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
